Welcome to AMABO’s Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) section! Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a returning user, we understand that you might have questions about our services, policies, and features. Our FAQ page is designed to provide you with quick, clear answers to your common queries.

What is the price per square meter of Amabo roof tiles?

  • Amabo roof tiles cost 14200 FCFA per square meter, which is a great value for the quality and durability of our product. Amabo roof tiles are made of sea sand and high-density plastics, which make them resistant to weather and corrosion. They also have a beautiful design and a variety of colors to choose from. Amabo roof tiles are an investment that will pay off in the long run, as they will last longer than most other roofing materials, such as zinc or tiles from Nigeria. Amabo roof tiles are also prestigious and unique, which makes your house stand out from the crowd and impress your guests.

Does the price include transport?

  • Transport is not included in the price, as it depends on the distance and the quantity of the order. However, we offer a flexible and convenient delivery service that can accommodate your needs and budget. You can choose to pick up your order from our nearest warehouse, or we can arrange a transport company to deliver it to your location. We also offer discounts for large orders and loyal customers.

What are the benefits of choosing Amabo tiles?

  • AMABO tiles have many benefits over other types of roofing materials. Some of these benefits are:
    • They are malleable and easy to install, which reduces the time of construction. They can also be installed in any season, even in the rainy season, as they don’t need a dry environment and don’t risk flying around when it’s windy.
    • They are durable and long-lasting, which means you don’t have to worry about replacing them for at least 50 years.
    • They are eco-friendly and recyclable, which helps to protect the environment and reduce waste.
    • They are aesthetically pleasing and customizable, which allows you to create your own style and express your personality.
    • They are thermally efficient and soundproofing, which improves the comfort and quality of life in your house. They reduce the cost of electricity since they maintain the internal temperature of your house.

How long do they last?

  • Amabo roof tiles have an indeterminate life span and last more than 50 years, which is longer than most other roofing materials. This is because they are made of sea sand and high-density plastics, which are very strong and resistant to wear and tear. They also have a special coating that protects them from UV rays, moisture, mold, insects, and rodents. With proper maintenance and care, you can enjoy the benefits of Amabo tiles for generations.

What are they made of?

  • AMABO  tiles are made of sea sand of several types of high-density plastics, which are mixed together in a special process that gives them their unique properties. The sea sand provides the strength and stability of the tiles, while the plastics provide the flexibility and resistance of the tiles. The plastics also allow us to add different colors and patterns to the tiles, making them more attractive and diverse.

Do you offer after-sales service?

  • Yes, we offer after-sales service that ensures your satisfaction and peace of mind. Our after-sales service includes:
    • A customer care team that is available during the day to answer your questions and address your concerns.
    • A network of qualified carpenters and technicians that can provide you with continuous support and assistance in case you need any repairs or adjustments.

Why are some colors not available?

  • We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the unavailability of some colors. This is because we have a high demand for our products, which sometimes exceeds our supply capacity. Our paints are imported from abroad, which means we depend on external factors such as shipping delays or supply disruptions. We are working hard to improve our production and distribution processes, so that we can offer you a wider range of colors in the future.

What is the frame made of?

  • The frame that supports the Amabo tiles is made of specially treated tile wood, which is a type of wood that has been processed to enhance its durability and resistance. The treated tile wood has been impregnated with chemicals that prevent it from rotting, cracking, warping, or infested with termites or fungi. The treated  wood also has a natural color that blends well with the Amabo tiles.

Can I use a metal frame for the tiles?

  • Yes, you can use a metal frame for the tiles, as long as you use our carpenters and technicians who can make the necessary adaptations with our accessories. These accessories include metal clips, screws, washers, and sealants that are designed to fit and secure the Amabo tiles on the metal frame. The metal frame should also be properly prepared and aligned before installing the Amabo tiles, to ensure a smooth and stable result.

Why do you have different prices in different regions?

  • We are currently expanding our market presence in all regions, but we still face some challenges that affect our pricing strategy. Some of these challenges are the transportation and logistics costs, the taxes and tariffs, the competition and demand, and the quality and availability of the raw materials and the labor force. We have a dealer who is Quiferou, who is our authorized and trusted partner in distributing our products in some regions. However, we are also working on establishing our own local branches and warehouses in other regions, so that we can offer you more convenience and affordability in the near future.

Why do your carpenters and technicians come from far away? Don’t you have local ones in different cities?

  • We appreciate your patience regarding our carpentry and technical service. We understand that having local carpenters and technicians would be more convenient and efficient for you. However, we also want to ensure that our carpenters and technicians are well-trained and experienced in installing and maintaining our products. That is why we have a centralized team of carpenters and technicians who have been working with us for a long time, and who have proven their skills and professionalism. We also provide them with regular training and updates on our products and techniques, so that they can deliver the best service possible. We are planning to train and recruit more local carpenters and technicians in different cities very soon, so that we can serve you better and faster.
